The iPod never worked

I am not technologically inclined but I found this ipod to be user friendly

My grandson loves his new IPod and now is working on loading his favorite tunes.

This item arrived in a plain white cardboard not the original clear plastic box that the iPod nano is originally packaged in by Apple and did not even have the plastic screen protector that the nano has in an authentic new iPod nano.

In all its a good ipod but just wish they had a button to push to be able to change songs while running would make it alot easier.

Unfortunately, I purchase mine the same day I purchase my ipod but through Amazon and didn't receive it two days later which was too late for my poor ipod.

This sounds simple, but after 30 seconds the screen goes blank and if you've already removed your headphones you might not realize the ipod is still on and draining your battery.
