However, I got back a 6th generation, which I initially thought was a nice thing for aple to do, but apple's terrible 90 day warranty should have aroused my suspicions
-
If you do not make absolutely sure that all music is stopped, the radio is off, this thing drains battery life very quickly because you cannot fully shut the unit off.2
-
The great thing about the scroll wheel that graced each one of the previous Nanos is that you could operate it without looking at it
-
Or, if they did, the things failed
-
Nice and small is bonus, and can do many things - love the radio, though sometimes it is scratchy in areas.
-
but this ipod nano older version than the current one, the audio turns off a bit after the nano goes to sleep mood, it is the most annoying thing to me, how can i listen to any audio if this thing happen
-
I'm constantly hitting the wrong thing
-
The sad thing is I would LOVE it if the battery didn't suck.
-
The problem being two things, I don't want to watch video on my little tiny iPod screen and I don't need that much space to store
-
I'd take the stupid thing
-
It's the best thing I've ever had.
-
So many things wrong with
-
You can't move without the stupid thing thinking you want it to shuffle or repeat
-
I feel like this thing was taken apart and put back together by a amateur, it freezes up, non-responsive the majority of the time
-
However, one thing I would have liked to know before I bought this item is that it does not have an off button
-
Did not like the form factor, too small to manipulate things like the volume buttons without activating the touch screen and thereby activating a function I did not want
-
bought the Nano after trying the ipod shuffle.. the shuffle failed in all areas but the nano is better than I thought it would be, easy to use.. the only thing I had to was to replace earphones, they worked ok but just didn't stay in my ears
-

But it just sits there, clipped on my person, and while I'm on a plane or bus ride from competition, I don't have to worry dropping my ipod, or fumbling around with this cumbersome thing in my hand while moving around, or going and talking to somebody on the plane
-
Heck, I'd probably be the one that would dry the thing out and then not even really be that amazed that the damn thing still worked, thinking "You gotta love Apple
-
It a great product but a few things should have been added
-
Another thing is that I love the quick access to things
-
im so gonna lose this thing
-
* I could do turned it back on, the whole thing was essentially useless and I returned it.
-
I just love this thing
-
The most frustrating thing, however, is the controls
-
Please bring the other nano back.... call this stupid thing ShuffleXL or something.... and sell it for a lot less!
-
The first thing that makes this a huge flaw is that now you don't have the ability to playback your favorite videos you've placed in your Ipod menu, and folder
-
Or you could even get a 5th gen Nano which would be better than this lousy thing.
-
This thing is a nightmare to navigate, as the touchscreen operation coupled with the microscopic display makes it very easy to make mistakes, such as inadvertently enabling the repeat function
-
I almost threw the stupid thing across the room
-
Upgraded from iPod shuffle 3g.
-
but it doesn't work that well on the iphone 4G either.

The previous nano (5G) was far superior - easy and intuitive to work with, still small enough to run with, and much more durable.
