Being able to see the album art (which I copy from Amazon's site) is a cool feature

It's noiseless, had excellent design features, and is powered through the comptuer--another words 'invisible' when it should be.

It comes back if I toggle play/pause or reset the device- no feature to error-check and repair the iTunes database on the device

It has a lot of cool features.

Now granted, the photo has a color screen and other features that the XClef doesn't, but the XClef has some really good features that the ipod doesn't...at least that don't cost extra to add-on.

Playing music with the slide show is a nice feature

am sure that any 5 year old or high school student can provide a go around or a better way to use technology, but if you are an audio-nut but not a computer-nut, this gadget is as close to perfect as it gets.
