    • And it said to click, hold and drag the partitions to change the size
    • Alternately (as mentioned in other reviews) you can use a partition re-sizer to gain some of that space back, if you want
    • The second time around, the old drive cloned over to the new drive and it worked flawlessly and best of all, the partitions were correct.
    • The graphical "Manual Sizing" option is a little deceptive, but you essentially "drag" those partitions down to the smallest size currently alloted before continuing
    • And it successfully handles a bootable partition with a working operating system like Windows 7.
    • I minimized the unwanted partitions on my HP EliteBook and "almost" everything went as expected.
    • Yes, the software will destroy the partition with data, and you will lose everything
    • The partitioning on my computer was weird and it took the tech guys a lot of time to figure it out once I got it into their hands anyway.
    • It only seems to clone a whole physical drive, so any logical partitions are also cloned, whether you wan't them to be or not
    • partition."The Microsoft techs at the local mall couldn't fix it either, so I swapped in the old HDD and determined that the Apricorn software had crushed the system reserved partition down to 31 MB from the required 100 MB
    • Cons:- if you take the default settings, your partitions may not end up as expected
    • There are other posts online to the effect that this product does not work with Media Center-enabled machines, or any machine with "invisible" partitions.
    • I had a 750GB drive with two partitions (primary and recovery) and roughly 120 GB used between the two partitions
    • This did a terrible job of cloning! It created extra useless partitions and when I installed the cloned drive, it had errors and I had to run my recovery discs to be able to use the new drive

    • (This set me back a couple hours while I used Gparted (a free, graphical partitioning tool) to remove the partitions from the new hard drive and start over.)In EZGig, be sure to MANUALLY ADJUST the PRIMARY PARTITION to use all the new (unallocated) space on your new hard drive.
    • The only downside is that it can loose the manufacturers recovery partition when you change the disk drive capacity.
    • it's a good deal can't really complain as it was the cord I wanted ....but the software?
    • Works as it say in the package, so very happy :)
    • Strike 1, product didn't work as
