Because my rebate was denied, I actually could've gotten it cheaper at Best Buy (the rebate was only applicable to Amazon purchase) at the time.

Just plugged it in, inserted CD, downloaded latest version, a few mouse clicks, and the drive started copying the original, and the new drive works as if it was the original
