Despite my following the accompanying instructions to the letter, this product continually produced unusable clones, wasting my time and giving me a huge headache.

That worked perfectly, first time

So the cloning process was repeated but this time all was correct.

Summing it up, took at least 3 hours or so to get a "good" clone the first time and 5 hours and counting today

Second time I tried adjusting some settings and it worked just fine.

Google Chrome updates very frequently, so my cloning process gave me complaints from my browser the first time I opened it.

I clicked next and it again asked me to validate if I had the source and destination disk selected correctly, I said yes, and it asked me one last time, because if you have it wrong, you will lose your original hard drive if you switched them around
