Good customer service!So far, my kids have loved these but one of microphone cords isn’t working so now we have an issue of not everyone can have one.

At first the ear pieces that came with the units did not work but after following the instructions in the manual I am very satisfied of how they made it right .. they replaced all 4 earpieces without hassle and everything is working great .. great price .. great range ,design , quality and outstanding customer service
