Used Arctic MX-4 paste on a 100 watt AMD A10-6800K APU with standard heat sink

After I removed the original dried up paste (alcohol and paper towel), cleaned up the heat sink, and applied this new paste, my laptop now runs at 41 C idle and 74 C under load

During moving, heat sink became detached from processor in desktop computer.

Laptop still runs a little hot (old fan isn't moving air as well as it should, I suspect), but it's now able to run at more than 24% CPU load without crashing, and I haven't had a heat-related system crash in the two weeks since
