Arduino Starter Kit - English Official Kit With 170 Page Book - K000007

    • He really enjoys the many projects he can do with this kit.
    • Everything in the kit worked fine, and the projects in the book aren't extremely complex
    • However, use the same components with hundreds of more difficult Arduino projects you find all over the web!
    • Good projects for beginners
    • The projects are very easy, and very understandable, and each comes with full instructions, and explanations of what each part is and what each part of the program does
    • Second, the projects are great
    • The book is informative although you can get good tutorials and projects online.
    • Hopefully the projects will be just as nice and all the components will work correctly
    • Hopefully the projects will be just as nice and all the components will work correctly
    • The guide included does a great job in teaching you the code as well as the circuitry behind each project and you'll enjoy every new project more than the last
    • It starts off very basic with series and parallel circuits and continues to increasingly difficult projects using more/ different components
    • the IDE also was perfect from the start,so far the projects I have
    • The early projects pretty much emphasize LED blinking, which makes sense for starting out, but the included cardboard cutouts help make even mundane tasks such as flashing lights appear exciting
    • Along the way, basic concepts such as circuit flow, Ohm's Law, resistor color codes and descriptions of each component help illuminate just what each project tries to accomplish
    • Fantastic kit (like many of the alternatives) but supports the Arduino project directly.
    • He's never programmed before, but the instructions are very clear and the projects are simple (so far) but still really fascinating and encouraging for someone just starting out!
    • the first few projects were awesome, the arduino works well. comes with a bunch of goodies
    • Lots of cool projects and easy to follow
    • Have successfully tried several projects from online tutorials and the kit works just fine.
    • It's like they didn't even test their projects with the parts they included.3
    • The projects are a nice variety and include controlling LEDs, creating sound, using an LCD screen, etc
    • Buying this item helps support the Arduino project which makes me feel like I am contributing to the advancement of open source technology.
    • This is a great kit to start with Arduino, after 3 weeks I made my own project with the starter kit and now I bought a second Arduino board with other components to improve my projects
    • They enjoyed the projects, even though we had issues with a couple.
    • The projects seemed kind of dumb
    • Comes with a nice project booklet that provides complete wiring instructions and code examples
    • Excellent product that came in a timely manner and is a ton of fun and a great project for beginners with arduino.
    • While I have a reasonable electronics and programming background I must say that you could go without even the skills to set the clock on a VCR and still run with this just fine, the projects are fully supported with code already written, there is no need to understand a diode from a resister, and no need to solder, it even comes with a slice of breadboard big enough to handle every project in the book that comes with it.
    • Buy a genuine Arduino for your first board to support the Arduino project
    • Getting read for some cool projects
    • Great projects, brilliant packaging, and a company with a wonderful mission
    • This kit has all that you need to build and use the 15 projects outlined in the very well written manual/project documentation that comes with it
    • It was a gift for my younger brother :)he made great projects using arduino after he learnedthe basics from the book that was included!!!
    • One example of particularly bad code is that for the "Knock Lock" (Project 12), which works only ONE TIME after powering up the Arduino
    • So far, every project worked the first time
    • this was a very good project
    • But this kit had components not covered by the book, projects that either don't work as described (or the featured component was faulty, specifically TMP33), and missing components (one of the resistor mentioned was not included, and was missing the optocoupler).
    • 15 cool projects with slightly increasing difficulty one after the other.
    • The booklet give a bunch of fun and easy projects to get a novice started with the Arduino coding environment and circuit concepts in general
    • The final project launches the reader out into the real world to "hack" and control an electronic gizmo with the Arduino
    • This kit has great starter projects.
    • It's got lots of great projects in it that teach you both electronics and programming in the process
    • I spent 30 minutes on the first LED project kit and had it up and running
    • This kit comes with all components you need to build 13 projects that are fun but more importantly, the experience to build more complex projects
    • I haven't completed all the projects but so far everything works perfectly.
    • I'm also very happy to know that this is an official Arduino kit, so I'm helping to support the open-source project and the people who made it have decent working conditions
    • I have always enjoyed electronics, and this is a learning toll as well as explaining fun projects.
    • Love the kit and the projects in it
    • A lot of great projects explained step by step
    • Great , but some problems i ve seen in some parts like servo motor , it makes some vibration when it moves to the max angel , resistor isnt like what mentioned in the book , i tried to make the exact what written in the book , some project not finished well and i didnt get the same result
    • The projects are fun and a good introduction.
    • It also provides a solid starting point for moving on to more complex concepts and projects
    • I used it to build a tachometer for my son's science fair project
