For the money, this is the most handy thing when you use a lot of rental cars.

The only redeeming thing is that the ball mount actually fits.

The coolest thing is that although I originally bought it to use with a Garmin, with the slightest filing of the ball, it now supports a Magellan RoadMate 1700LM 7-Inch!

it is not the easiest thing to remove from the vents for the frequent traveler/car hopper, but for the money, you can't beat it!

Also, this thing is incredibly inexpensive

Mine is the next best thing to having a built in navigation system.

the best thing about it is that now my GPS isn't on the floor due to the suction cup not staying on the windshield

I wound up having to wedge a bit of folded up business card along side of the vent to keep the whole dumb thing from swinging left and right every time I made a turn

For the money this was the best thing I could've bought to hold my GPS (especially since I hate to have it on the window or on the dash).

Only thing, it is a bit loose since the bottom does not "secure" to anything, it just rests and the weight of GPS keeps it

They stepped up and did the right thing

The good thing about this is that you do not need to leave attached to car's dashboard, you can take to one car to another relatively easy and is very cheap

Be careful when you move your sunscreen, it may knock the thing off, but it's quite easy to remount it

I love this thing and highly recommend it over all of the other mounts I've seen available.
