Keeps the GPS from obstructing your view

Great way to hang the Gamin without exposing the wires to the world or obstructing your view.

I love the placement of the Garmin now, it's high enough to glance at, but low enough that it doesn't impede my view of the road, just under the dash.

I did hold it up to the vent, to see how it could best be mounted, to provide the best viewing of the Garmin and to avoid any obstacles

It keeps the screen at a good viewing height, while maintaining a less conspicuous profile.

This is the perfect, simple little contraption to keep your GPS in an ideal viewing position at the center of your dash (assuming your air vents are located there).

So the view is not obstructed.

It did not interfere with the air handler and was easy to manipulate when I needed to turn it slightly for better view and access

Still it's mounted in the perfect place on my car and doesn't obstruct the driving view.

but...its MUCH better than the suction mounts for a clear view windshield view.
