    • In addition their customer support is baseless very hard to get hold of someone and when you do it is a foreign call center that takes 15 minutes of spelling out my email address just to get past the first step
    • With that said, Arlo loses a star for really lame customer support
    • Contacted customer support to change my credit card number
    • We have had multiple issues with this camera and the customer support is not good

    • I spent weeks online with customer support and got so frustrated with them I stopped answering their emails
    • Should notify customer support it is out.
    • Have to buy an after market charger because the Arlo charger has a low ratingI’m also not happy with the 20 Foot detection.
