    Arlo Pro by NETGEAR Security System Kit with Siren – 3 Arlo Pro Camera System and Indoor/Outdoor Mounts (AVM4000C)

    • Two calls to tech support over 3 days resulted in, "we are working on it and will get back to you when it is fixed
    • Tech support is TERRIBLE, not particularly fluent in English, and virtually no help
    • It is a major disappointment with the tech support after spending this amount of money
    • Tech support is in India and there are some language issues which caused this mix-up
    • so I decided to contact the company tech support over the phone, boy I was waiting on the phone listening the message for 45
    • I called NetGear and talked to tech support who agreed after trying to troubleshoot it that I had a bad camera
    • Tech support is TERRIBLE, not particularly fluent in English, and virtually no help
    • All of this per their tech support guy
