To be fair we purchased the system from Best Buy and the customer support personnel were unable to express the amount of system requirements

Customer support blamed the issue on my internet provider

Now customer support is telling me that I am beyond me warranty period and they can not replace or repair an obvious defective security camera system

They have a very knowledgeable and helpful customer support.

Netgear can certainly afford a better customer support service

Currently, I can't login from my computer, only my phone, 4 of the 5 cameras which all have fresh batteries are off line, and I've been waiting for 3 days to hear back from customer support

I’ve read through customer support forums and have been unsuccessful in resolving the issue

Don’t waste your money on this camera system, look somewhere else for a better product with customer support that can help deal with problems, and not read a prepared script

Had my internet provider check the signal as per customer supports suggestions

cameras arrived didn,t work tech support was awful no help ordered new cameras able to hook them up very poor quality fuzzy etc a very poor product with little tech support returned them for a refund
