My Galaxy S3 fits with a case (not a huge otterbox), I can use most buttons through the sleeve and the touch screen works for the most part through the cover as well.

If you sweat alot it absorbed through the CHEAP material and your phone gets wet, their is also a little compartment for your keys believe me, the space is so small it can probably only accommodate a tooth-pick!!!
You CAN stretch the case to fit, which I have done once, but I do not recommend it - makes it pretty bulky to access while runningOverall, worth the $15 or so for

Two, if you have a bulky case like an Otterbox you will have to remove it before using the armband.
