nice material , would be nice if it would hold more than a standard house key, note if you have large biceps get one that has an extender strap

If you sweat alot it absorbed through the CHEAP material and your phone gets wet, their is also a little compartment for your keys believe me, the space is so small it can probably only accommodate a tooth-pick!!!

The material is soft and the band is comfortable enough.
