Excellent cable modem
-
Just use a non-cable line like your cell phone.
-
I've had it for less than a month, but I can say that it was easy to install, my ISP could 'see' it and register it w/o any hiccups, and it works just as well as the cable company's modem that it replaced.
-
Perfect for fast cable internet in an apartment.
-
My previous modem ran for years and only replaced it because higher speeds required a faster cable modem
-
Great cable modem for service with Time Warner Cable
-
Bought this model from a local store about 7 months ago when I switched from slow 12Mbps DSL service to faster 100Mbps cable service.

If you are tired of paying to rent a modem from your cable company that is not reliable this is definitely a way to go.
-
Fast, solid cable modem.
-
This is a solid cable modem.
-
This modem works flawlessly when connected to proper cabling.
-
Replaces an SB6141 which was not actually defective (cable system had external issues) but I do find I am getting about 10 mbps better downstream speed than before (180mbps vs 170 mbps)
-
Great cable modem, it already paid for itself.
-
Not a factor since Spectrum now provides a cable modem free of charge.
-
At first I bought the NETGEAR CM400 (8x4) Cable Modem which did not work
-
Solid cable modem.
-
We restart is about once a month just because I was told that cable modems like that sort of thing.
-
Great cable modem
-
Pros:-Beats paying the cable co $10/month for theirs.-Works, will get you full speeds with most top tier internet plans from most cable companies.-Indicator lights function, during outages it is pretty responsive.-Has a status page you can access locally (always nice for those who know their way around cable systems and admins).Cons:-Expensive for what it is
-
Awesome cable modem
-
Cox cable work better now
-
Got rid of the slow DSL and installed faster cable internet
-
I expected it to work well since it was listed by Suddenlink as a compatible cable modem for speeds up to 200.I'm also an Ooma VOIP phone user with the Ooma device between the cable modem and wifi router
-
Excellent cable modem
-
Modem good, cable company not so good.
-
Best cable

The best cable modem I see it.
-
I thought I had found the perfect cable modem for my Comcast internet service.
-
A great cable modem at a good price
-
it doesn't bother me as I have a small book in front of it which blocks the light at night (studio apartment).
-
It smells as if there is burning plastic that is emitting a chemical
-
Minimally Qualified” as of 1/12/18 and Spectrum can’t guarantee speed or reliability with this product
-
Good quality and it works as it supposed to.
-
Works great as of 6-29-18
-
Comcast sucks as much money as they can
-
Regardless the cable company is to blame as they chose it
