I have had Cox out twice for intermittent connection issues

Works great and havent had any connection issues with this modem, if only my ISP was as good as this modem

Essentially going to customers and troubleshooting their internet connection problems (not the telephone tech support but a real person who could root cause a connection issue and resolve it for you)

This was a decent modem, however I kept having occasional connection issues

I had to call about a connection issue and the technician I worked

Other than that, the modem works perfectly and solved my internet connection issues.

P.S. Reminiscing to not too long ago, when 30 mb/s was considered "fast", and now I'm cruising at 30 MB/s...
