    ARRIS SURFboard SB6183 Modem 16x4 Docsis 3.0 Cable Modem- Retail Packaging- White

    • My advice is do NOT purchase the Arris SB6183 - their customer "service" is pathetic and blame the Internet provider (in my case TWC)
    • Had some difficulty with reading Mac number, letter O vs number 0 called customer service,answered phone in less then 3 rings, service rep was great, modem up and running several minutes later
    • One of the best customer service experiences I've had thus far.
    • The Arris modem may prove to be a good unit, but their customer service is horrible
    • Customer service at Arris is a joke.
    • DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT , while the product it’s self is decent the customer service is absolutely horrible , I bought this and it says it comes with a 2 year warranty , mine went out after about a year , The customer service phone number is about absolutely impossible to find online, after I did find it I called and The customer service agent was absolutely disrespectful and didn’t want to be bothered with my problem, it took me a half an hour to get her to transfer me to the manager and while I was in the middle of talking put me on hold , The manager was worse than the customer service rep , after all the trouble

    • Does run a little warm like my router so moved the modem over by the router where it can share the air from a wall powered USB 5 v, 2 amp fan.
