    • Unfortunately, after 3 months, I realized an unpleasant burning plastic smell that I'd been noticing for weeks was coming from this modem
    • about a week ago i've noticed a weird chemical smell that smelled like something between BO and burnt plastic
    • It started to give off a bad plastic burning smell, and was very hot to touch
    • The modem worked fine, but gave off a plastic burning smell
    • It emits a burning plastic chemical smell
    • The plastic either inside or out is smoldering like a bad chemical raection
    • Paying for 75mb/s and recieving 120mb/s with this in Nashville, TN.Setup was very easy with comcast / xfinity-1 star because it runs very very hot (the plastic might burn you)This means some percentage of the plastic is likely liquifying or out-gasing and the shiny white color and country of origin leads me to believe there are minor lead out gasings from this device
    • it doesn't bother me as I have a small book in front of it which blocks the light at night (studio apartment).
    • It smells as if there is burning plastic that is emitting a chemical
    • Minimally Qualified” as of 1/12/18 and Spectrum can’t guarantee speed or reliability with this product
    • Good quality and it works as it supposed to.
    • Works great as of 6-29-18
    • Comcast sucks as much money as they can
    • Regardless the cable company is to blame as they chose it
    • P.S. Reminiscing to not too long ago, when 30 mb/s was considered "fast", and now I'm cruising at 30 MB/s...
