Amazon was fantastic with issuing a replacement under the 1month return however if a product works for a short time then dies it's usually poor construction rather then an assembly line error.

This modem has functionally worked fine - sometimes it's hard to tell if an issue is the wireless router or the cable modem, but from what I can tell this thing has worked flawlessly.

The Internet is working great now with no problems at all.

As I plan to sign up for this promotion, I bought this cable modem to replace my almost 4 year old 8x4 SB6141, which has been working just fine.

The modem is working very well after contacting Comcast and adding it to the list of modems on their network.
