    • Their product and support are terrible!
    • There are less expensive products with better wifi range, but you will need this cable modem/wifi combo to utilize your voip features.
    • This one supports the speed I'm paying for (Performance Pro, 100Mbps down/5 up) and also supports the VOIP phone line we have, so there's really not much more to say other than this product is working
