Connected, but the phone part never worked thru Comcast after tech support.

Their Tech Support did a good job walking me through the fix.

Once installation was FINALLY successful after many attempts, the modem itself seems to be fast & works well

The installation couldn't have been easier, Comcast was quite cooperative and helpful with registering the device and once up and running (total time with Comcast putting me on hold was about 15 minutes) the difference was instantly noticeable

Installation was simple and everything worked as expected with my Optimum cable and phone service.

I found the installation and activation was very easy and so far the performance of the unit has been very good

The Modem it's self works very well, But not for 1 Gigabit internet service

Setup was a breeze, the rep asked for the serial numbers as they always do when activating new equipment and within 10 minutes I was up and running

The setup was pretty straightforward, had to register it with Comcast, which took them 2 tries, while I was running the setup and everything worked with the exception of the MoCa networking ability, which I used with Tivo.

I am pretty sure that it was a modem problem and not the tv, because the gateway showed that the tv was connected although it wasn't and only restarting the modem (rather than the TV) or erasing the tv's info from the modem and completing setup all over again, fixed the problem

This modem properly placed will work your phone and computer negating the need for two modems.

Works great as a modem, great as a wired router, less than spectacular as a wifi router, and great as a VoIP phone jack

Obviously, you better have a cell phone handy to do this.

There are less expensive products with better wifi range, but you will need this cable modem/wifi combo to utilize your voip features.

An excellent product that perfectly replace the xfinity cable modem

Would never recommend this product to anyone - you're way better off with a simple DOCSIS modem and using a router made by a reputable networking company.

This is my second Arris modem, solid and reliable product.

No issues at all with the modem itself, it perform beautifully now that Comcast has their information on it (serial number, etc).

Also, the Comcast support team was not prepared to support this device

It was very easy to replace the existing device, took maybe 20 minutes for the Comcast support person to get everything set up once I put the modem in service.

, so I had to retire my brand new super fast Netgear modem and router in order to get both the internet and phone to work in my home.

Unit is working well with solid performance and good bandwidth.

I had to have Comcast come out to confirm that the unit had a problem.

Comcast Xfinity 400 GB Internet and have phone and WiFi, than this unit will work fine.

That unit worked perfectly and I have had no additional problems.
