-
it is frustrating to have received a defective unit
-
My first unit was defective.
-
Checked with Comcast and they diagnosed as faulty unit
-
Comcast.not sure if a bad unit or what...
-
Defective unit on it's way back to Amazon via their prepaid shipping label
-
The new unit works faster than the one from Xfinity and will currently save you $11 per month, so this will be paid for in less than 2 yrs
-
This unit works well with the Comcast cable system; it has the VOIP connection so you get cable tv, wi-fi modem and wireless router plus phone service.
-
I have returned the 2nd unit and ordered another brand, (Netgear 7100V), Hopefully it will work and I will be able to write a great review on it....
-
Entered my account info, unit cycled power, and worked flawlessly afterwards.
-
The unit simply would not issue an IPv4 address
-
Comcast Xfinity 400 GB Internet and have phone and WiFi, than this unit will work fine.
-
Issue #1: The unit failed to activate
-
Unit is working well with solid performance and good bandwidth.
-
I highly recommend this unit.
-
I never wanted one of their wireless gateway all-in-ones because I run my own home network, router and WAP.I wanted to replace my Comcast devices for quite a while, and could have done so for the internet side of things, but there were no phone capable units sold for retail, and thus I would have still incurred the rental fee
-
That unit worked perfectly and I have had no additional problems.
-
With that being said If you have Xfinity triple play and you are looking for something to replace your rented equipment I would recommend this unit.
-
I had to have Comcast come out to confirm that the unit had a problem.
-
I talked with three people before the unit was connected and working properly
-
This was a refurb unit, and it works fine.
