so you don't have to buy a whole new headset if the wire ever goes bad

In my experience, the cable is the Achilles' heel of most headsets; The wires inside break and the headset is ruined

echoes, wires are cheap but look cool.

Next day my headset was fixed and have not had any issues since, aside from receiving a defective wire this has quickly become my favorite headset.

I have to twist the wire around or unplug and replug it back into the headphones until I get sound out of both sides

My only problem with these is for a couple minutes the sound seemed distorted like a wire was wonky, it fixed

Had to twist wire or headset had static.

Why pay so much and use such faulty wiring

I bought a pair of Astro A40's back in 2011 for $250 and they worked flawlessly up until this year, the wire that comes out of the actual headset itself started to short out, causing me to lose sound in the left ear unless I held the wire a certain way

its soft i use these for my xbox and you don't really meed to buy a mix amp if you want to use it for your xbox one just buy the mic
