Many people are complaining about the cable being too short, and 2.0 meters is fairly short already

And when in first tried the headset, it felt very very soft and was comfortable but wasn't SO AMAZING like people say it is

The headphones are open back so you can hear outside and people outside can hear your game easily if its loud enough

They are recording that people have posted and you can clearly hear what the issues are,People before you get this product do your reseach and go to the Astro gaming forums to see how many people are having issues

(other people have reported it being broken in console mode)

People may have just gotten unlucky (i.e. defective products), which pretty much skewed their opinion on these headsets
