One issue with the 144Hz is that it causes the screen to feel washed in color and not vibrant.

That being said, the 75hz makes a real difference and the screen is very good for a little above a budget monitor purchase.

An incredible screen all around, the adjustable height is great when you are trying to place it in a setup that has already made created to your liking, the default speakers are not the best, but are still useful when needed, but I would recommend getting a simple 2 speaker set to plug in or at least a quality headset to plug in
