Never had an issue with them and this is another instance of good quality.

It records, write and play back with great quality.

I still need to rip some old CDs and install a couple things via CD, and it works as it should

it makes so much noise when starting to spin up, it is absolutely heart aching as you will think that it is broken and not wanting to spin up and do its job after a few seconds, it does quiet down and perform
