so far, the last 3 products I have purchased from them have been defective.

26 years of IT background and have never experienced tech support for a product this bad.

I recommend this product to anyone who has a huge condo, house or wants wide wifi range.

Well it’s too bad, that Asus which is known for good routers like mentioned RT-AC68u, launched unfinished or even defective product like RT

This product worked until the return date expired.

I am about ready to return this product as the ASUS company themselves can even help support the product.

I've always loved Asus products and recommend them to a majority of my friends and family members, but this router is a misfire on their part for sure

It's a great product, but it's not a miracle speaking of range, I use a Linksys range entender to reach my bedroom, and it's 9 meters aprox

If you use a VPN this product is nice

I love ASUS products.

This is a solid product and I would recommend it to anyone interested in high-bandwidth wireless network at home.

This is an expensive product and I was willing to spend the money to have reliability and full coverage in my home.

I understand Asus is PC manufacturer, but when you advertise that your product is fully compatible with Mac OS and iOS system, and you add feature like Time Machine backup, it would be nice if your technical support knows some basics about those

This is a great product... it increased my Wifi speed by 20 mbs over the standard Verizon router and eliminated all od the dead spots in my 5,200 sq ft home.

This is an awesome product, I was having difficulty with other routers getting signal to my whole house but this one has a huge coverage area and is fast.

I love asus products and this one works great also.

Without doing much of a research or comparison I jumped into this model as it was premium priced and was in the top 5 products
