For a dual band router this is a great value tens of dollars cheaper than the others, the biggest Advantage I noticed was the coverage you get full internet speed on the second floor of the house with my old
-
I have solid wireless coverage on the 2.4Ghz band over my entire 2700 sq foot house
-
Coverage is much better then for Linsksys EA-6350 and EA-6500
-
Conclusion:Very good coverage and speed for small house or apartment
-
The dual-band is amazing and I've had great coverage all over my home, as well as quick D/U speeds on my mobile devices.
-
Offers great coverage, and no slowdowns observed with multiple users connected and streaming.
-
The coverage is excellent despite the not so optimal location where i have the unit situated (in a corner - closer to my broadband cable/modem)
-

Good coverage, but a bit less reception than my older (but more expensive) router
-
The router does have excellent signal strength and coverage throughout the house.
-
Good coverage with a lot of options you don't often find in a router in this price bracket
-
From the basement, Provide great coverage for my whole 1800 sq foot house.
-
Coverage in my attached row home is fine but a model with external antennas might be better for larger homes
-
Upgraded to five stars due to rock solid performance and fantastic wireless coverage
-
I also have a large (3-story, 4k sqft) home and this provides adequate coverage to the whole place.
-
Knowing that any kind of access point provided better coverage when it was located in a location that is centrally located and as high up as you can get it, I had an idea...take the ethernet cable running to my room on the second floor, plug it in to the cable modem on the first floor and the ASUS RT-ACRH13 located above my door on the second floor and test the speed from that location
-
Easy to setup, great coverage for a small office, looks pretty cool.
-
This thing has an impressive wireless coverage.

-
Good coverage.
-
It provides greater coverage than the router I replaced.
-
Router has excellent coverage (my home had plaster walls - difficult for wifi), Features VPN capability, security features, a lot of flexibility as far as how you can configure it
-
Since we're moving to a two-story house with a basement soon, I have a great feeling this router will provide enough coverage throughout our new house!
-
However, for most users will be an excellent router, with great wifi coverage and very good price.
-
Wireless coverage and speed is impressive
-
great coverage and speed
-
This router has better coverage than the TP-LINK router, but I still needed to install a WiFi extender to cover the first floor (the ASUS router was on the second floor).I set this router up under challenging conditions
-
Great router easy to set up good coverage
-
Also since my apartment is not large this router provided great coverage and all the dead spots I had with my previous router govt very well covered with this
-
outstanding coverage.
-
I tried all other Linsys and TP link access points, this gives the best coverage
-
Best WiFi coverage I have ever seen
-
I'm not worried since the most important parts of the house get great coverage.
-
I have a 1500 square foot home and get good coverage throughout the house and in my backyard
-
By reading reviews I was expecting to gain wi-fi speed and coverage around my house
-
We have a 3500+ square foot 3 story home and the coverage is excellent everywhere in the house and outside.
-
Coverage is not good at all
-
Router has excellent coverage (my home had plaster walls - difficult for wifi), Features VPN capability, security features, a lot of flexibility as far as how you can configure it
-
but the range isn't as great as I would've imagined
-
2.4 band just as weak as the 5GHZ.
-
I switched to this and within minutes I am getting strong 5g signal throughout the house
-
You simply hit apply after entering the information you want to change and poof, both 2.4 and 5 G WIFI available to all my devices.
-
bad speed, 5g don't work.
-
Overall, the 5G is really fast, and the settings for both area networks are easily customization on ASUS' router pages
-
The 5G is limited to the room the router is in
-
really good 2.4g range and speed with 10 devices running at same time but for 5
-
However; after about two weeks the 5G stopped working.
-
Great so far with good 2g range and about the 5ghz range you'd expect in a long house with lots of walls in the way of the signal
-
2 G still works OK.
-
Pretty fast and stable with strong 5G signal throughout the house
-
I will need to buy a new wireless adapter because it only supports 2G
-
The 5g is seriously lacking in distance but that is also a factor of placement and distance, but its not any better than any of the others that I have used
-
I disabled the 2.5G for a few reason
-
Wireless speeds are fantastic (using 5g almost exclusively)
-
5G is unstable, either becomes slow or disappears from wifi list
