Very, very, very easy setup, great web interface and very useful features like VPN and AiCloud

A nice feature is the Access point

it has plenty of great features for the average home user

The wifi is outstanding, I have a much bigger wifi signal and the dual 2.4ghz and 5.0 ghz is a great feature although I primarily use the 5.0ghz for the faster speeds

The features it offers at this price point make it worthy of consideration for your wireless network use.

This router have a lot of very nice features and is close to being professional grade

I bought this router because of the good reviews, the features and the price (wireless AC router with built-in gigabit switch and MU-MIMO under $80).

The router has a lot of neat features: File Share, VPN, Cloud disk (similar to Dropbox, but the iphone app is terrible)

I wish this cute little router would work because of the many cool features, but alas, it is VERY VERY VERY unreliable.

Unfortunately it does not support some advanced features like Print Server support, even after firmware update

Offers some neat features like compatibility with RADIUS and ease of SSID broadcast management

It even has several additional "neat" features like network testing tools and user-selectable USB port functions

Our needs aren't too intense, but it does have a guest network on both frequencies and a bandwidth monitor which we wanted as well as QoS features

I always buy ASUS routers, they always work well and have tons of nice features like VPN servers without the need of putting on custom firmware

Most of all, I love the QOS feature and capability.

Its a dual band router with some flashy features that in the end just make it kinda tedious to work with

First, some of the positives:* decent feature set for stock firmware* easy, quick setup and a fairly nice web

Another nice feature of that is that it allows you to store multiple VPN server address (location) profiles that can be changed/switched between with just a mouse click in firmware

I have only one MU-MIMO capable device, so i cannot tell if the feature is useful

I could tell you other outstanding features of this device, but the bottom line is this: If you are looking for a powerful high-speed wireless router at an unbelievable price, buy this one right here....you will not regret it.

Last, another nice feature with the ASUS router is it gives you the ability to set up guest user profiles/SSIDs, with separate passwords, on the 2.4 and 5 GHz bands

This little router packs a huge punch - it's fast and full of features!Seriously, the features do work and ASUS even added DDNS tools in the router itself.

I give it 4 stars only because it lacks some features on the more expensive routers I feel like the router could have handled like the TrendMicro suite and the security review (which actually be a Merlin firmware function) and there is no Merlin firmware for it

This unit has some nice features.

Currently, as this is a new device and ASUS is still actively supporting it, this is a minor issue as the OEM firmware has decent features.

One feature I especially like in the router

Even in Access Point mode there are nice features that allow you to host USB drives, reboot the routers on weekly schedules at specified times, remote log, and see basic details about all of the connected devices

It's fairly stylish, performance and reliability are excellent for its price, and the included firmware is very feature-rich for a stock firmware

but the range isn't as great as I would've imagined

2.4 band just as weak as the 5GHZ.

The dual-band is amazing and I've had great coverage all over my home, as well as quick D/U speeds on my mobile devices.
