* ssh/shell access is easily configured for looking at things not configured via the web interface* good wi-fi and Ethernet switch

The interface is nice, but the lan performance is fine; the wireless range will be the only negative about this router

A great and easy setup interface if you want to change settings as well I'd buy it again!

Great hardware (1300ac) with good quad core processor.- Excellent interface for network setup.- Good speed with 0 issues with Wifi thus far after using for about 2 weeks

Good news is the interface is pretty easy to access and navigate to find those settings, bad news is every time you want to change ANYTHING in the router settings, the whole router has to reset

I downloaded the asus router app on my tablet, it allows https management of the router and has a nicely designed gui interface.

I like the interface on the ASUS routers as it is easy to figure out, as in port forwarding, assigning static IPs, etc

Also, the interface is easy to work with.
