Wow this router has some mad range
-
Amazing range as always from ASUS.
-
I originally bought the Asus AC750 with two antennas but the range was not as great as I had expected
-
Was needing more range to reach extender outside house and didn't quite make it but still not a bad range inside house
-
The range is good, too
-
but the range is not very good at all.
-
Great range, great throughput
-
Great router with strong signal strength and range
-
However, when using the 5GHz, the range is VERY poor, -80dBm with 2 walls in between at any point (less than 10 meters/33 feet distance), and hence my 4 stars
-
Completely inconsistent speeds, and range is terrible
-
Great range, multiple connections
-
Range is great, I've got a high end gaming rig, that has not lost connection or dropped obvious frames in the 12 months I've been running it
-
I am giving this 2 stars because, in all fairness, it does have a good range and speed and most people won't notice or care about the IPv6 issues.
-
Picked the wrong model, or maybe got a bad one, regarding the range, but its nearly useless.
-
Network range for 5 GHz is not that great across a single brick wall
-
my 12 year old Linksys WRT54G. Seems like the range isn't that far for the 2.54 Ghz band
-
Fast, a lot of throughput, easy to setup, wifi good long range performance, etc
-
Good range will cover a standard size home with no problems.
-
The range on this router is disappointing

The interface is nice, but the lan performance is fine; the wireless range will be the only negative about this router
-
However, bought a wifi extender to improve signal range that operated more or less but finally decided to go for this model given the low price.
-
This router has a web interface that feels modern and responsive, IPv6 works great withouthaving to flash third party firmware, it's affordable, and it has enough range to check email not just anywhere in the house but across the street in my neighbor's driveway
-
Great range
-
This has good range and is fast
-
good value router, but range is not exceptionally good at 5ghz.if house/flat you are going to be using it in, is less than 2000sqft and you are going to be able to place this at a central location it would do the job without any speed drops.
-
Easy to use and I get consistent 160mbps wifi and hard wired with a good range
-
The wireless range is amazing, and no loss of speed on the 5G channel
-
is, well, 2.4 - much slower but slightly better range...

Signal range is good for my house and the wireless speeds are much improved over my cable provided router
-
Good range, it routs just fine, but too damn complicated and dare I say overly so.?!
-
Range works great in 5,000sq ft home
-
It has good range and all the basic features you expect from a router

-
Initial testing & impressions of the ACRH13 AC1300:Very impressive range for both the 2.4G & 5G bands
-
Router is solid, great range.
-
The range is solid, it won't reach the whole neighborhood, but I have mine in a terrible location, and it fills the whole house with a strong signal.-Signal
-
It's super fast for what I need it for, streaming videos and playing video games (MMO's) doing massive downloads the only down side is that the 5G bandwidth has such a short range but the 2G still exceeds what my needs are
-
Set up was easy out of the box, and the range is incredible, compared to our 3-yr-old Cisco dual-band b/g/n router.
-
excellent range and very low amount of dropouts since installation
-
Wireless range is pretty good too
-
my cable wifi router had poor range, this works in the rooms where the other would not.

-
The range is lacking

My only gripe so far is that the range on the 5GHz band doesn't seem too great
-
Range isn't great.
-
Wonderful router, set it up with my phone and it has great range
-
Picked the wrong model, or maybe got a bad one, regarding the range, but its nearly useless.

Extremely easy to setup - Has great range throughout my apartment - The interface to change the settings from default factory programming was extremely user friendly in my opinion
-
My only complaint is the range seems worse that my super old d link it's replacing
-
Was looking for a new router with better range and up to date AC wireless technology as well as being stable
-
GOOD VALUE AND GOOD RANGE.
-
Amazing range inside and out of a 2000 square foot warehouse.
-
Lousy range, totally non-intuitive setup and DOES NOT RUN
-
Very good range.

The range on this router is excellent.
-
5ghz band is does not have enough range.

-
Great range through out the house and even outside.
-
Great antennas, impressive range, fast internet
-
Good range, Great value.
-
Range is decent, not wow good but not bad
-
This is important if your internet speed is actually higher than 100mbps.- Range is reasonable
-
Wifi works fast with good range
-
range is not as good as I thought it would be but set up was easy
-
Solid router, the range is pretty good , you might have problems if it's a 2 story building, but for the price you can't beat it !
-
Solid range in a trilevel with it placed on the middle floor, penetrates to the entire house
-
Very good range
-
I noticed that different model reviews are mixed together ranging from 802.11N to 802.11AC routers, hence qualifying this.1
-
Works well, pretty much doubled the range versus our old Linksys E2500....
-
Good range
-
Great range
-
Its range enough good and stability is really very very good
-
The 5Ghz range is good
-
Incredible range, allowed me to get rid of my range extender.
-
This one has a good range and can easily handle 20+ devices connected at the same time
-
I was so surprised at how simple it was to set up and my speed has gone from ~ 40mps to 70mps with also a greater range of robust signal anywhere (2 levels plus basement)
-
The router I replaced had better range but devices kept falling off the network which was annoying.
-
These Antennas Are A Joke; the 5 year old D-Link Router didn't even have external antennas, and it actually had better range

Runs all my devices without issue and has great range
-
Range and wifi data speed were greatly improved compared to my older linksys router.

Good range with minimal speed drop.
-
it has great range
-
I'm not sure if I'll get a replacement or not, but the range seems like what I am seeking
-
This also extended the range of my old router by about 20 feet (IE I would lose wifi signal in my garage with my old router, now I have 3 bars constant in the same location)
-
OK router, good build quality, range and wireless performance
-
Great wifi range, great band width!
-
really good 2.4g range and speed with 10 devices running at same time but for 5
-
The range is very dependable, my house is 3500ft² and I have decent signal to the middle of the street
-
2.4 band just as weak as the 5GHZ.
-
but the range isn't as great as I would've imagined
-
Setup was easy and fast, range exceeds the old N but not by much but the transfer
-
Wireless speeds are fantastic (using 5g almost exclusively)
-
I will need to buy a new wireless adapter because it only supports 2G
-
The 5G is limited to the room the router is in
-
really good 2.4g range and speed with 10 devices running at same time but for 5
-
However; after about two weeks the 5G stopped working.
-
Overall, the 5G is really fast, and the settings for both area networks are easily customization on ASUS' router pages
-
Pretty fast and stable with strong 5G signal throughout the house
-
bad speed, 5g don't work.
-
The 5g is seriously lacking in distance but that is also a factor of placement and distance, but its not any better than any of the others that I have used
-
2 G still works OK.
-
I switched to this and within minutes I am getting strong 5g signal throughout the house
-
You simply hit apply after entering the information you want to change and poof, both 2.4 and 5 G WIFI available to all my devices.
-
5G is unstable, either becomes slow or disappears from wifi list
-
Great so far with good 2g range and about the 5ghz range you'd expect in a long house with lots of walls in the way of the signal
-
I disabled the 2.5G for a few reason
