    • Their rep made less than even a token effort to troubleshoot over the phone, and then proceeded to do all of the following:- refused to accept any responsibility (even though this thing is only a few months old!)- refused to engage in anything other than minimal troubleshooting- refused to replace the defective router- continuously tried to blame the ISP and the walls, and eventually basically claimed that routers are not intended for wi-fi and that routers will never perform at a good speed when using wi-fi!!!!!!!!!!- refused to transfer me to manager or even give me his name or

    • The reason for purchasing a new router was to hopefully get faster streaming speed and faster connections for the numerous WiFi devices in use in my network, which includes besides smart TVs, computers, smart phones, printers, Blu-ray/DVD/CD streaming players.
