This is a great product... it increased my Wifi speed by 20 mbs over the standard Verizon router and eliminated all od the dead spots in my 5,200 sq ft home.

26 years of IT background and have never experienced tech support for a product this bad.

I will not be strong armed into paying a fee for an expensive product they should support.

This was my single worst experience shopping on Amazon, though the fault is probably with the manufacturer of this misbegotten product

Went back to my reliable RT-N66U, a more reliable ASUS product.

Another short coming I found is that the product literature for this router claims that it supports SNMP (among other protocols).

A product with more 1-star than 4-star reviews is worrisome, but I'm hoping for the best

I've always loved Asus products and recommend them to a majority of my friends and family members, but this router is a misfire on their part for sure

I don't recommend this product until I get a resolution to my issue.60 days later:After several emails and sending the product back, they fixed the issue but it took a little too long

But otherwise phenomenal product whether as standalone router or primary router in an AiMesh system.

This product exceeds my expectations as a wireless router, complete control over my network, and able to shut the kiddos off, and I can handle gaming at the same time as the kids streaming video.

I used to make Asus my default for computer parts, but knowing what I know now about how they “support” their products and customers, they won’t be getting my business in the future.

In the past I have bought several ASUS MBs, ASUS monitor, a different ASUS router, and probably more ASUS stuff because I was confident they had good products that I didn't have to worry about purchasing.
