    • I have spent many hours researching these issues with tech support and on the forums and could never find any solutions for these problems.
    • And no other router offers the high-level of tech support or warranty that Asus offers.

    • My last router (huge mistake) was the Netgear WNDR 4000 and while it performed well, they lied to me on multiple occasions when I spoke to their tech support people.
    • After struggling for over a week to fix it on my own, I called Asus tech support.

    • However, today, I called Asus's tech support, they answered quickly, the technician had me go into the router settings, made a very few adjustments, and everything started working fine!
