    • I have work with ASUS tech support for weeks on these issues
    • Tech support doesn’t answer their phone
    • This product does not do everything they proclaim it does - however - the product is worlds better than the pathetic excuse for tech support ASUS has
    • Tech Support had me to backdate the firmware to older versions
    • Asked for document with step to follow in email from Tech Support , still waiting .5
    • Setup was extremely painful involving a 30 mins call with tech support the technician ultimately concluding that the non-existent 2.4GHz band was due to a defective unit
    • Tech support are pretty good and better than other companies but not perfect.
    • The 68 and the 66 I have had for over 3 or 4 years and not once had to call tech support

    • I called tech support (asus) and we back dated the firmware and it worked for about an hour
    • So I called ASUS tech support and they walked me through all the troubleshooting steps that I had done and then told me the router was
    • 26 years of IT background and have never experienced tech support for a product this bad.
    • I reached out to tech support, who have reviewed every setting possible on the device, and now have taken over 3 weeks trying to 'replicate the issue in their lab'.
    • And the replacement router drops VPN users after 1 hour and 45 minutes and again ASUS “tech support” is no help
