ASUS MB169B+ 15.6" Full HD 1920x1080 IPS USB Portable Monitor

    • Sure enough, at top of download list was the file with a Mac driver, and the display is turned on and the 'picture' is great: bright, clear etc
    • Love the picture quality and ease of use
    • Easy to set up and use, picture is exvellent, more thank happy
    • Great picture and color but the "stand" is actually the case with a flap folding back
    • Stylish, lightweight, very clear picture, arrived in Thailand from the US in three days, well packaged and easy to set up, recommended as a second screen whilst travelling, only just fits in my rucksack so check the dimensions carefully.
    • Awesome picture, no setup needed, just plug in
    • The picture isn't particularly bright, crisp, and sometimes the drivers don't appear to transfer actions/colors properly, but it does the trick for a developer who prefers a second monitor while on the go to watch changes in realtime, or to look at documentation as I write a technical document, etc
    • Picture is good and it's thin and light and fits nicely in a backpack.
    • Very good picture quality
    • Breaks my heart as the picture is great, the wear and tear on the batter is minimal--it's the case and stand.
    • Surprisingly good picture quality for a monitor that weighs almost nothing
    • Great picture!
    • I can’t say enough about the light weight, perfect picture/color and sleek design
    • Colors are relatively accurate, and you can tweak brightness and contrast, which results in a pretty decent picture
    • The picture is great.
    • What can I say, when it works, it is great - nice picture
    • The monitor is of good quality materials, and the picture looks pretty solid
    • I own an older version of a USB DisplayLink monitor (Lenovo LT1421) that I've had for several years, and while it served its purpose from time to time, I usually found that the lower resolution (max 1366 x 768) and relatively poor picture was frustrating and not worth connecting to my laptop unless I *really* needed a second monitor
    • I'd say the product is very sleek, very light, had beautiful picture quality and overall is well designed
    • If you are considering this, pay the extra for the HD version for the best picture.
    • It shows a clean picture at 1366x768 resolution, which is fine for an ultraportable monitor
    • Picture quality good but not great...auto brightness does not seem to work
    • Pros: When it works, the picture is pretty good
    • Pros: When it works, the picture is pretty good
    • The picture is great, this screen looks very good, I had no trouble with frame rate on videos
    • Still get great response times and great picture quality.
    • Good picture and light weight.
    • In the end, poor resolution, hazy picture, very dim, poor Windows 10 driver support with a lot of odd behavior with Windows jumping around when trying to place them in this screen drove the decision to return it for a refund.
    • Picture isn't as crisp as I thought
    • Even though the picture looks good, the build quality makes this product not worth it all.
    • Good picture resolution, fits in my laptop bag, and the case it comes in works very well as a stand.
    • Terrific 1080p picture, worked plug/play on my late
    • Good picture quality and fast refresh
    • Good picture quality and fast refresh
    • The picture is clearer than I expected, the screen is lighter than i expected, and the flip between horizontal and vertical mode was very responsive
    • sometimes a bit slow when compared to main monitor but overall good quality picture, easy to setup etc
    • Outstanding picture, this is one of the best electronics purchases I think I've ever made.
    • The picture is great and I haven't had any issues
    • Set-up is a breeze (just plug it into the USB port) and it has a good picture quality
    • you'd think it was just cardboard, but it has an amazing picture!
    • This monitor has a great bright picture.
    • Clear picture.
    • Great picture, works well with my laptop as extra screen.
    • Not a bad picture at all
    • The quality of the monitor is mediocre, the cover is fine, and the picture is fuzzy and somewhat dim, but I expected that from a "portable monitor".I had it less than a month when the panel fell forward onto the desk on it's face once and stopped working
    • If you want a portable display and your computer does not support 3.1 DisplayPort take a look at the MB169B+... the picture is not as sharp/
    • If you are watching a video and move to the side, you rapidly lose the picture
    • It's thin, the stand+cover works well for me (pretty smart configuration actually), and as I said the picture is beautiful.
    • I like the picture on the screen, but the case is a little awkward to use as a stand and often requires a lot of finagling to get it to stay up, especially if you're using it in portrait mode
    • It's a sharp picture, but the gamma seems a little high (colors and blacks are a little washed out), and it doesn't respond to Apple's built-in display calibration
    • When the picture gets too bad because of the crack I will probably get another.
    • The picture and resolution look good.
    • before you buy, do yourself a favor and research it a bit as far as compatibility goes.compared to 169c+...in my experience, the c+ will only work if your mobo setup has a 3.1 usb c slot that's dp alt mode compatible.
    • ** Will most likely not work unless your laptop has a native USB C
    • Unfortunately, the USB-A to Proprietary connector does not work with the Apple USB-C to USB-A adapter and my MacBook pro no longer recognizes it
    • only compatible with newer computers with built in USB-C
    • However, most laptops don't support USB C yet.
    • Apparently doesn't work with USB3.0, only USB type C with Display port
    • The response time for DisplayPort over USB C is much better than MB169B+ which is USB 3.0 with drivers.
    • , the stand/cover was OK, but the problem was the USC C, I couldn't get the right connector to hook it to my laptop and get it to work, I ordered several to try before returning the item.
    • " Full HD 1920x1080 IPS USB Type-C Powered Eye Care Portable MonitorComputer: XPS 13 (2015)Well designed product
    • If you know the "C" version will work with your laptop (C with alternate modes capable of display port), and you don't plan on using it on anything else, the "C" might be a better option
    • If your device does not support DisplayPort over Type-C please look into getting the MB169B+ instead as this monitor uses the USB 3.0 standard
    • There is currently no USB-C to Multiport USB-C dongle available that supports pass-thru USB-C charging (none that I have found, anyways after much searching
    • but I don't have a c compatible
    • DisplayPort™ over USB-C™ is using USB Type-C connector and cable to support the DisplayPort interface for audio/video transport capability
    • the C+ blows the B+ away with rich color and sharper image
    • ONLY compatible to: USB 3.1 type-C(GEN2), Thunderbolt 3 devices, USB 3.0 type-C is not compatible
    • On The Go (OTG Host Cable) for Type-C Supported Devices (6 Inch
    • The C+ is brighter and more responsive than the B+ as it uses the displayport, standard over USB 3.1 Type C meaning that it counts towards the maximum number of monitors your graphics card supports
