    • Tech support helpful.
    • Tech support is really weak for both firmware issues and dual wan issues.
    • So working with tech support, they tell me its a hardware problem (it's not)

    • And, keep in mind, unlike many router companies, their tech support hours are limited to basically business hours.

    • Spent several weeks/months with tech support sending log files to their engineers and they are still unable to resolve the issue.

    • I have been online with tech support twiice, and their only suggestion us to reboot the router.
