The back-light bleed on my particular unit was pretty bad

That's not to say there aren't units out there with severe light bleed issues, but I think it's only fair to contribute my experience, which has been nothing but positive

Backlight bleed is apparently a common defect in monitors, making ordering a monitor through Amazon big a gamble

Really bad back light bleeding, I looked up tons of review on this monitor and figured I had a 50/50 chance to get one without a lot of back light
