This monitor looks great, and G-sync is awesome.
-
I really did notice the difference between 165 hz vs 144hz and the G-Sync was incredible and made my game (CS: GO) really smooth
-
Mine overclocked to 100hz fine, and G-SYNC is great
-
The refresh rate, g-sync, and ULMB all work fabulously and are what contributes to making this a phenomenal gaming monitor.
-
On certain games where getting 144FPS isn't really an issue for you, you'll get the most out of this refresh rate, but overall it's nice to have this and G-Sync in order to get rid of those tears and stutters and give you a silky, buttery smooth experience
-
Overclock this thing to 165 HZ, turn G-sync on and enjoy the freakin’ show
-
Better off getting a 4k ips free sync moniter for $300 less than this
-
In my honest opinion, G-sync is to blame

G-Sync is godlike and

lying).Minus any QC issues, the ASUS PG279Q, on the other hand, is a revelation (especially when using G-Sync at 144hz or 165hz) and works very well for video/graphic editing as well (which I do on the side)
-
G-sync is amazing and during gaming makes a huge difference

rate.-Full range G-Sync from 30-165 fsp (compared to it's free sync equivalent MG279Q with 30-90 FPS range)-G-sync turn on and off when it supposed to easily with no hassle (compared to MG279Q which I could not get to work with certain games namely BF4)-Quality build, looks and feels quality, very sturdy even when adjusting height, pivot, swivel etc.-Aesthetically pleasing to look at, aggressive styling yet look good with my some what understated

G-Sync works flawlessly and I haven't noticed any anomalies with the display

The monitor overclocked to 165hz with no issue, g sync is great, and the colors are so much better than my old
-
G-SYNC is still phenomenal, though 21:9 support in a lot of newer games is lacking

G-sync is great, just wish it didn't come at a premium.
-

g-sync remains awesome)
-
The first thing I noticed outside of the 165Hz and G-Sync is the ease of use in the monitor interface
-
Amazing for gaming due to high refresh rate and Nvidia G Sync...it honestly does not get better with monitors at the moment
-
Couple things to note, G-sync causes slightly noticeable input lag, but nothing major if you aren't into competitive gaming
-
Cons: G-Sync Scan Lines impacting the right half of the screen, signifying a faulty G-Sync Module
-
I will just go for the cheapest G-sync next time around
-
G-sync makes me wonder about the possibilities for other display types like Oculus
-
G-sync works
-
Sometimes g-sync is disabled which is very noticeable.

G-Sync is obviously great for stutter less game play as well.
-
The monitor looks amazing and G-sync makes everything buttery smooth
-
G-SYNC works only with displayport.4
-
If you're debating strictly because of the $$$ I can help you narrow down if its worth it.1.) do you have a GTX 1080?2.) is g-sync important to you?3.
-
G-sync works great in overwatch and other blizzard titles, but I'm still getting tearing in titanfall 2
-
Such a beautiful display, insane refresh rate, and G-Sync to boot

<3 .. there is no tearing frames w g-sync <3_<3high actual stable 240Hz refresh rate
-
240hz worked fine and G-sync looked great on all games
-
Upon disabling G-Sync, the scan lines became far less visible
-
Yeah G-Sync makes it smoother at those frame rates, but you will visually notice some drop in performance when that happens
-
The refresh rate was incredible and g-sync made everything silky smooth
