and I would think that they would care about one of their customers who has had such difficulty getting one of their flagship products to work multiple times

This brought me to the AMD Threadripper 1950X due to the core count, performance reviews and price and this thing is a total beast and being that it's new there were limited motherboards on the market at purchase time compatible.

I would not recommend or get again and this is coming from a long time PC builder loyal to Asus
