When it comes to the Customer Service, I would prefer if users did not grade unit LOW because they could not get the tech support on the phone

Once, I called their tech support, they kept me on hold for a long time, and then gave me to some guy that was clueless and could only follow a flow-chart they made for me

It is no fun to call tech support and know 10 times what they know about their products
