There have been no dead pixels or noticeable light bleed with my specific monitor after almost a year of use

I have been very happy with them except for 1 dead pixel on one of the monitors

This is the second ASUS monitor that had a dead pixel on arrival (this one was green and on the top center)

In the case of the ASUS 248H-P, the goods had a significant majority (the price played a part as well) so I decided to go for it

The Asus VS239H-P worked out fine for me.
