I have been using Asus since I was building desktops with their motherboards back in the early 90s, they are an en excellent company that fully understands the need for timely and competent tech support

I did call ASUS tech support but they wanted me to troubleshoot it even more by sending a log and situational

Tech support might have been better if they spoke better English but the rest is great
