Repeated attempts to deal with their "tech support" results in every-increasing levels of frustration, as each time they just transfer the question to a different "support person" who then repeats the moronic, inapplicabe, response of the prior support person.

After several hours on the phone with Asus tech support they could not identify why both the guest network and the 2.4 Ghz network would broadcast intermittently.
