Once the caller hangs up you can't just push just the one button to block it.

My one complaint, the buttons on the answering machine are very small and you'll need glasses to read them unless you have pretty good eye sight.

Love the block button.

If you are home, you can simply push the button on the answering machine to hear and/or erase messages

If they do and you answer there is a neat "block" button on the phone that lets you block them while talking to them

Once the quiet button is set, none of the phones will ring for the set time, the calls go directly to voice mail.

She can set the quiet button to silence the phones for 1 to 12 hours.

The button works sometimes but not all of the time.

The buttons and screen are easy for them to use.
