The height is somewhat adjustable, and is set so the TV is above the soundbar

However, to avoid having the adjustable slots sticking out from the top, you are limited with how "adjustable" the height really is

I find the height to be incredibly awkward - there is too much of a gap at the bottom, making the TV itself too high for eye-level
