The height is somewhat adjustable, and is set so the TV is above the soundbar

However, to avoid having the adjustable slots sticking out from the top, you are limited with how "adjustable" the height really is

I find the height to be incredibly awkward - there is too much of a gap at the bottom, making the TV itself too high for eye-level

Adjustable height is useful

I was skeptical about the hold when we first laid the TV on it, but the height is adjustable and it seems sturdy

Because the stand has so many mounting points, I was easily able to move the stand a couple inches so it now sits at a perfect height.
