I bought my TV from a closing Best Buy on clearance and it had no stand

Spacing wasn't a good fit for the Panasonic 42" plasma TV I used this on.

The only con would be the amount of hardware that comes with it for different TVs as I had to try a couple to find the right fit

As others have stated all openings are round, this makes it not an easy fit on my old Panasonic plasma

The feet go under tv, so check specs and make sure it is a good fit for your tv

2 out of the first 4 bolts that I attempted to fasten to put it together were not crafted correctly and therefore the item is useless until I go to Home Depot to get replacement bolts.

This a great Item, I had a Sanyo that we lost the original table mount for after being on a custom mount

this item worked out very well for me.not at all hard to put together.

There is no need to pay for an expensive TV stand replacement when you can buy this.
