Short of building a custom mounting option or purchasing a larger piece of furniture (which was not desirable for the placement) this was the best solution

I did put some thick felt booties on the legs to better protect the wood, but aside from that, this is an ideal solution to raise a big TV off a table, dresser, whatever.
